I received methotrexate for my ectopic pregnancy 2 weeks ago and my level are dropping exactly as they should. My 2 week draw was already all the way down to 17 yesterday. Today I’ve been having on and off cramping like my period is coming. When do I expect my next period? Like once my levels are back down to normal? Or is it 2 weeks after that? Or is it anytime? My doctor just said 4-6 weeks but could be sooner or later. Please any experiences are welcome. I’m just ready for it all to be over and start our 3 month wait to try again.
