5 weeks and 3 days, anyone else always hungry?

I'm 5 weeks and 3 days with second baby and I'm constantly hungry. Don't remember being like this with my first. Cramping too and the occasional back pain. What's everyone else's symptoms so far

5 weeks 6days with baby #2 and my boobs are sore af and I'm always hungry and pee a lot have had nightmares since being pregnant and it's hard to sleep but my with my daughter I barely ate at first was always tired and had sore boobs and no nightmares...when they say no pregnancy is the same it is so damn true...🙄

5 weeks and 2 days. Barely any symptoms at all. Not much boob pain, one boob and one nipple more sensitive than the other bit barely there at all. The odd cramp and lower back pain but not much. Only thing of any note is more toilet trips but I’ve upped my water intake since I found out I was pregnant because I had headaches which I thought was hay fever but might have been a hormone surge! X

4w4d here, im more hungry than usual, light cramping here and there on my left side, a bit tired, some back pain but not that much and always thirsty.. which mean i go to the restroom A LOT more hahaha

6 weeks + 1 day and only noticeable symptom is hunger! It’s less about having to eat more and just needing to eat smaller amounts consistently throughout the day. Also as soon as I wake up, I need something ASAP or else I get hunger pains! Other than that, just mild breast tenderness, and I would say mild fatigue! Hope everyone’s feeling great!! ✨

I’m 5w2d I feel like I’m super hungry all the time! 
Otherwise not many other symptoms at the moment, mostly just fatigue and heartburn/indigestion.
