I’m 8 weeks pregnant, had my first appt at 7 weeks and heard the heartbeat and everything was looking good.

Started cramping today, minimal nothing to bad but went to the bathroom and seen a drop of blood drop. Wiped and it was purple looking like nothing to heavy. Still cramping ? Is this normal? I was told cramping is normal and little blood was normal but not together. Should I be concerned ? First pregnancy was an ectopic so I was happy to be in the clear but now I’m worried something might be going wrong
