I think I’m only 6dpo I know it’s early! 🙈🫣

Sorry, looks negative to me.
If you are only 6dpo it's way too early. 6dpo is the earliest possible day for implantation - you'd need a couple days after that for the hcg to build enough in your system to get a positive test
