Hi all! I’m Samantha and new to the <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">Glow app</a> 😊 I wanted to share my experience

I was on birth control pills for 8 years and stopped taking them November 2021. Surprised with how quickly it happened, in December 2021 I found out that I was pregnant and was so excited. Unfortunately, at my first ultrasound at 8 weeks I was told my baby had no heartbeat. A few days later, I got a D&C.

Now June 2022, I feel emotionally and physically ready to start trying again 💛 I have had regular periods since the surgery and have never stopped taking prenatal vitamins. I feel healthy, hopeful, and in a happy place.

I’m wondering if anyone has had a similar experience getting off birth control pills after many years, getting pregnant quickly then having a miscarriage? Did you start trying again right away? Do you have any tips on TTC?

I think I’ve gone a lil crazy doing my own research on the web but would love to hear some real experiences from real women!
