ANY ADVICE?

I’ve Been Having on and off bleeding I’m about 6W3D I Already had 1 ultrasound confirming pregnancy and we saw a sac but my doctor doesn’t want to see until next week. And wants me to start Taking insulin I asked for a Hcg testing but she said that wouldn’t help and wants to wait for the ultrasound next week. I’ve never been on insulin and I’m scared to take it if I’m having another miscarriage I feel like whats the point 🤦🏾‍♀️
