I need advice
Hello
My 11 month old baby started having these on both legs same area and gets really bad at night where he wakes up and cries from how bad itches. I not 100% sure what it is but I’ve used coconut body oil to hydrate his skin and an eczema cream as a remedy and still nothing. Please help !
