Minimal symptoms

Not sure if I’m lucky or if something bad has happened but I’ve only threw up a handle full of times my first OB appointment isn’t until the 21st which has seemed like literal forever and I’m terrified something has already went wrong due to lack of symptoms. Although I do feel incredibly lucky as I was sick as a dog with my last pregnancy maybe I have just figured it out as this is my 8th pregnancy will be 6th live child. Anyone else have minimal sickness it’s mostly triggered by smells and extreme hunger. But other then that I really don’t even feel pregnant.
