I’m 37 plus weeks, I’m getting contractions 6-9 mins apart lasting about 60 seconds each for the past hour before that they were 10-15 mins apart, I have lower back pain and period like cramps. My contractions aren’t like 10/10 painful more like 4/10 so that’s making me wonder.. how do I know if these are real contractions or false ones, I’ve taken a shower, I’m not dehydrated. Doctor said if they start coming 5mins apart then go to the hospital.
