Need your help! I have been trying to start a family. My partner is 45 and I am 42 years of age with no kids. Been trying about 9months no luck. Went to see fertility specialist. They gave me an Clomid and Metformin and to have trigger injection in my tummy. Lost my weight a few kilos off. Weeks after later with no luck. I just started bleed period 3 days ago (I’m irregular period) notice in my cycle is 27 days this is when I start period I knew I wasn’t pregnancy. I cried all night. And didn’t feel any symptoms at all. I just know my body won’t work because of my age. We can’t afford to go back to specialist and it’s so expensive everything went up. My life is harder how to make it work fertility problems. And we have been to Doctors to checks our blood works said results looks good. Also i have been tracking on Ovulation day and I’m learning at this never done it before (since 3mths). I really don’t know about any of pregnancy, fertility, period stuff and I’m learning to understand all of this.

Any suggestions might help me understand 😔 Thank you.
