This maybe a stupid concern but help

So on May 23rd, my bf fingered me. 3 hours earlier I gave my bf oral, he cumed and wiped it off with some tissues (some got on his hand). I’m new to all this stuff and I’m still a virgin, but can I get pregnant by my bf fingering me with his hand that (3 hours earlier) touched his own sperm?

I’ve been worried since I don’t want to get pregnant at all. The internet has been telling me all these things about sperm and how they “die quickly” but it’s never really given me a good estimate time on how fast they die. I know this may seem dumb but it’s a genuine question.
