Implantation bleeding or not

I took plan B on June 7 which is 5 days away from my ovulation according to Flo. June 14 I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. June 15 I saw this small red dot when on my wipe. However, that was the only sighting of the red spot. I have not seen it again after that. Does that still count as spotting or is it just my body being weird?
