Quick Question⁉️

So my fiance and I had sex tonight and I wasn't as wet as I usually am but we did it anyway. So we had sex for about 2 hours and he wore a condom the whole time. I could feel myself getting sore by the end. I bled a little per usual after going that long without it. I got home to find that it kinda hurt to pee like I was torn down there. I took a look and right where I was feeling like I was getting sore, there is a polyp or an unpopped blister looking thing. About the size of a pea. Is this just from friction with not being as wet as usual??? I've never had this happen before and it wasn't there before as far as I know.
