Should I tell potential employer of my pregnancy?

Hello, I am 21 weeks pregnant and I will be having two interviews for teaching positions. I am due at the end of October. Should I tell them about it? I can still hide it with loose clothes. I don’t want my pregnancy to reduce my opportunities of getting hired. I know it’s against the law for them to discriminate me but I just feel if I tell them I won’t get hired. I think it’s best to wait until I get a formal offer to let them know. I know I have a good chance of getting hired in one of the schools just because I know the principal and vice principal. I know I have no obligation on telling them but I am so confuse on what to do! Any suggestions. Thank you!

I got hired for a job at 30 weeks and never said anything about being pregnant. I wouldn’t say anything until after you get any offers.

I disclosed that I was pregnant and they did not care in the slightest. There is a teacher shortage. You’ll be fine and it’s always better to be honest.

I got a new job while pregnant. I told HR before accepting to make sure there were some time off options since I wouldn’t qualify for FMLA 
Then I accepted and disclosed to other important people after I started

They might not care and still offer you the job. In NY where I live, you can’t use FMLA until after one year at a job so when you go out for the baby you might not have any option but to resign. FMLA protects your job if you don’t qualify they would need to replace you. Talking this over with them before them might be a better option. Then finding out last min you won’t have a job to come back to.
