TW: MC..Short luteal phase?

I just had a miscarriage in may and started tracking my ovulation. I think I ovulated on June 10, last night I started getting back pain and cramps and all of a sudden I’m bleeding like I have my period. According to my app I’m 6/7 dpo.

I’m nursing my 18 month still so I haven’t had a period since April 2020. Do you think I need to let my cycle go for a few months before I start worrying, or should I contact my doc and talk about a possible short luteal? I’m 37 so I want to find out asap if I need to do anything to help with conceiving.
