Even a bit of time difference can affect your BBT. But you've had four risen temps so it's safe to say you've ovulated. OPKs only predict ovulation so I wouldn't trust that over BBT if you're looking to confirm the date you ovulated

This happened to me a few times and it was always the opks that were accurate. Even those every one on here said I should go with the bbt it never was. Theres so much that can go wrong with the bbt

Only 10% of women have a BBT rise, and shouldn’t be used to predict ovulation just to confirm! :) 
Stick to OPKS

If you know that you're temping totally correctly, I'd go with bbt. My opks were not always accurate.
