Weight loss help

I’m 165lbs and 5’1

I had a baby 18 months ago, and been struggling to loose weight.

I’m looking for all the advice I can get.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner ideas

Snack ideas

Workouts ( Im a single mom so the gym is kind of hard to get to.. )

I do drink soda which I’m trying to drop now. Im down to 1 a day.

I really need help yall. I feel so lost in my body but don’t know where to start.
