I had my bloods done by doctor and she said theyre all clear. I just had a message from her secretary saying my cycle day 21 blood work was back and its good at 78.0

I didn't get to talk with her today so I'm wondering can anyone tell me what the usual result is around as I don't understand how it works really thanks
