Bottom one is definitely a black window wasp. If you open up your daughters windows and see old grass or hay…there’s your culprit. They are not aggressive and don’t protective their “hive”. I’ll take a toothpick and pick out the grass/hay from the window. They are harmless. The top left is also a wasp…but looks like your average wasp. Could have gotten in the house the same way the window wasp did.

The black one looks like carpenter ants, they have wings and live in wood the other does look like a wasp.
