Working out after childbirth

When is the right time to start working out after delivery? Has anyone started yet? Does the work out have an influence on the milk supply?

I gained 20kg during the pregnancy, and I have now 14kg left. 5-6 years ago I was 65kg (143lbs), and now, 3 months pp I have 105kg in total(231lbs). I feel fat, my diabetes did not disappear, I have bad night sweats since birth. My feet and back are hurting me.

I'm so looking forward to start working out decently, but I'm worried about milk supply 😔
