7 weeks pregnant

I need some advice from possibly anyone else who has experienced bleeding and brown discharge early in their pregnancy. This is my 4th pregnancy and my daughter was a stillbirth at 36 weeks. I have two other boys. Me and my husband have been trying to get pregnant for 3 years. I was bleeding when I wiped Thursday night and went to the er. They said I had something called a threatened miscarriage. But that I didn’t miscarry. The baby is still looking good and my cervix is closed. I now have brown discharge. I also found out I have a uti as well. Anyone else have anything like this and go on to have a normal pregnancy?
