Exercising while 4 weeks pregnant
Hi everyone! I finally tested positive for the first time and I’m about 4 weeks 3 days. I have been doing light walking on the treadmill for about 30 mins a day but I can’t help but wonder if I should hold off during the most sensitive time to avoid anything bad happening.
What have y’all done in previous pregnancies or currently?
Im just so excited and want to avoid anything potentially harmful even though google says it’s fine :)
