Ripped stitches?

I think I tore my stitches a few weeks ago after a second degree tear. Initially I thought I was being paranoid but I finally felt around down there and I’m pretty sure I ripped my stitches a few days after delivery. Now I’m about 5 weeks postpartum and I’m pretty sure it’s healed naturally but more open.

Has anyone had this happen to them? What can be done if it is indeed torn and naturally healed?! It had been a crazy few weeks and I never got to get in to see my OB sooner as I felt I was just being paranoid..
