Hi, I would like to know from mums that already had been induced, how their experience was.

I know from my auntie’s experience that induction caused her and the baby serious problems, baby nearly couldn’t make it. She was induced but it didn’t help to dilate her and the contractions were so strong that it stressed the baby and he pooped into the placenta. Therefore, they had to do on her an emergency c-section on the spot, because they realised the placenta turned green/brown into seconds.

So, my doc told me to consider induction or c-section, as he wants me to deliver one week before due date.

I first didn’t want to do c-section but after I heard about the possible induction issue, I’m might think about c-section, as I don’t want to risk the health of the baby. What do you think?
