Anyone else struggling to bend over? I’ll be 32 weeks tomorrow and bent over to put something in the wash machine and I got the worst pain in my back and belly.😩

I’ll be 32 weeks this Wednesday! And yes it’s hard for me as well to bend over 😭 I have to kind of like sumo squat lol

You have to keep your legs far apart, bend in the hips and stick your booty out squat style. ❤️

Dont bend over! Squats always! Plus squats help open up hips for labor, particularly in wide stance. But I have been trying not to bend over for like two months now because it will just exacerbate things like back, hips abdomen, even shoulders!

Yup. 32 weeks Wednesday and my 3.5 year old thinks it's funny I can't bend over 😂 this baby has lodged herself in my ribs though so when I bend over it pushes her further into them and that is not comfy!

Not really painful, but I’m struggling too! This is my second and chasing a active toddler and having to get up with this huge stone in front of me is difficult!!
