TMI TMI TMI What came out of me?!!

I had off and on pain for the past few days almost like Braxton Hicks/period pain/cramps and my stomach would flatten a little. I’m 27 weeks. I went to go pee and this came out!! No blood came out with it. I called my OB. I’m going to labor and delivery to get it checked out. Just want opinions on what this could be. Sorry for the TMI!! 😬

Leaving labor and delivery. Strangely enough it’s a very old blood clot. I was in the ER twice in March due to bleeding from placental abruption. That explains the pain lately. My body was trying to get rid of it! So thankful it was nothing more serious. Haven’t had any of that pain since just before it came out. Thanks so much for your all of your concern 🙂 Baby is ok too.
