I am almost 3 weeks postpartum! What is your favorite care for down there? I know it’s normal to have an odor due to bleeding and other things but i just feel so gross! is there anything i can use to help with this?

Epsom salt baths if you’re cleared to bathe!

I had a c section so I’m not sure if this is allowed for a vaginal delivery but I found that using flushable wipes instead of toilet paper helped me get a little cleaner and made me feel a less yuck.

A squirt bottle like this one really helps, put warm water in it & use it any time you need to freshen up & Every time you use the bathroom.

I had many stitches from a 3b tear and was advised to put witch hazel gel on sanitary pads. It really helped. I also used a jug to pour water when I’d used the toilet which also helped

This saved me lol and I also lined my entire diaper or pad with tucks I had a 3rd degree tear
