Cd23 - too early to test? Post covid

Not doing OPKs but according to the app I should’ve ovulated cd 13, only I didn’t have lots of egg white discharge until cd 15 through to 18 and had multiple sessions during those few days (hubby was away cd13 weekend) I’m now on cd 23 and have on and off nausea, heavy boobs and some thicker discharge yesterday. I’ve just recovered from covid (hence why my hubby was away cd 13 taking my kids to family so I could rest/isolate alone) so I’m not sure if all these symptoms are covid related or if it’s even possible to fall pregnant so soon after having covid. Is it too early to test?
