Plan b effect??

So I had sex with my husband june 1st June 2nd I got the plan b June 3rd I had a really bad car accident. I had my period from may 26-31st. After that I got my “period” again June 6-12. It was no time for my period and it was not as my regular period is. Is it a pill effect or it might be from the accident?

How many cycles did it take for your period to go normal after plan b? I took one in June and got my June and July period on time. But now I’m late for august. Is plan b still causing this?

My first period after I took the plan b came on the exact date. But for the following month it came 4 days earlier and 1st day I was spotting and the next day I was just pouring
