How long to see if I’m losing?
So I’m 5’0 and my app says my calorie intake should be 1400 and I started Saturday but had lost 13 lbs before tracking. I’m still around the same weight as I had lost so does it sound like I’m just maintaining or should I wait at least a week to see how the 1400 calories does.
