Hello, so a couple days ago i bit my lip (chronic lip biter) and the bottom part has healed but this part remains a bit swollen. Is there a chance that its infected or is it just taking a long healing process

Are there any creams or ointments youd suggest to help the healing process?

Update: i put abreva on it before going to bed and once during the night, i get up to brush my teeth this morning and after i finish the scab that was there fell off and this is whats left, do i continue putting abreva on it? Or leave it alone?
