How far along am I ?

I just found out I’m pregnant about a week and a half ago… My first pregnancy can someone help me understand how far along I am ? My last period was May 16 thru the 19.. I don’t really know when I ovulate bc my periods are irregular!! The lady I talked to get insurance did tell me my estimate due date which is February 23, 2023

Congratulations!!! If the first day of your last period was may 16th, that would make you 5 weeks and 1 day. You won’t know for sure until your first ultrasound. But your doctor will always base your dude date to be 40weeks from the first day of your last period.

If you don't know when you ovulated, you won't really know how far along you are. They will have you go in for a dating scan which will give you a more accurate date than last menstrual period :)
