Is this a good Prenatal?

All prenatales are pretty much the same. As my doctor says “there’s no magical prenatal”. If it’s working for you keep taking it, if you’re looking for a change I swear by one a day. You’ll think I get commissions from them lol I truly really love them and have never made me sick

I’ve been taking it for like 4 years. Lol. I’m a very healthy person. Have had a healthy son while taking, and I’m about to give birth Friday as well. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

It's not a very well formulated vitamin. I used to take this one my first two pregnancies, but for this baby since I'm still nursing and only had an 8 month gap between birth and getting pregnant again, I really did my research on prenatals and how well different formulations absorb because I want to be sure I don't end up mineral deficient at the end of all this. 
A) this vitamin lacks choline which studies now show is as important to brain development as folate
B) this one uses folic acid instead of methylated folate, which is much more absorbable, furthermore a significant portion of the population lacks the ability to absorb non-methylated folate but you have no way of knowing that so better safe than sorry
C) this uses beta-carotene as vitamin A, which is actually an analog for vitamin a, not the real thing, which is only found in animal sources
D) the iron in this interferes with the absorption of several of the other vitamins and minerals. If blood tests show you need to supplement, it's better to take a separate iron pill and time it away from your multi
E) DHA oxidizes and breaks down when combined in a multi so it's best taken separately as well. 
I could go on but these are the major flaws with this prenatal. Aviva Romm on her blog has an excellent breakdown of how to find a high quality prenatal that works for your diet and your budget. I take Full Well prenatals and Seeking Health fish oil. I don't need an iron supplement since I get enough through my diet.

This is the one I’m taking as it was the best one my pharmacy had. I had compared labels of the different ones with a list of recommended amounts of the different vitamins.
