Test normal/ not feeling well
So for about the past year I have just not been feeling great. I am tired all the time often feel weak. Feel uneasy waking up in the morning. Crave sugar all the time and after I eat often still feel hungry and not satisfied. Have chest aches every now and then and headaches pretty often as well. I do get adequate sleep most of the time. I was told I have prediabetes last year but do not have it anymore. I pretty much cut out a lot of sugar but still feeling the same. I only drink water I do not consume caffeine or take any meds. No I feel like eat a pretty balance diet. I’ve had all kinds of labs done. I’ve had cortisol and ACTH checked recently. Did a sleep study because Dr. suspected sleep apnea. Thyroid is fine. Metabolic panel and vitamins are fine. This is getting really frustrating. I’m glad my labs are coming back fine but the fact that I’m not feeling well and doctors have no idea why it’s really frustrating me. I’ve been to specialist as well. One thing I do truly suffer from is anxiety. But it’s hard for me to blame all of the symptoms on that. I was given medicine for it but I have not started taking it yet because I was worried about the side effects as I do have a toddler at home with me. I also believe I have hypoglycemia because my sugars seem to be all over the place at times. But again all labs have been normal no red flags. They basically tell me to make sure that I eat healthy diet and exercise and that’s just about it. I am going to schedule an appointment with the psychiatrist but I really don’t think that anxiety is the only reason for all of these issues. Just making this post in case anyone has any insight or maybe some similar experiences. All are welcome.
