A little over a month ago we found out I was miscarrying our twins, I was 7 weeks but on the ultrasound the sacs we're measuring 5 weeks and couldn't see anything in them. I started bleeding shortly after that and I'm pretty sure I passed them in the 27th of May. My HCG was down to 300 two weeks ago and just went to get a blood draw again today to see if it is at 0 yet but I didn't want to wait til tomorrow for results so I took a home pregnancy test and it was completely negative, so it's most likely at zero or almost there. And I took an ovulation test and there was a light line on it. I stopped bleeding a day or 2 ago after it getting darker and tapering off but then started bleeding again. My question is (if anyone knows) can I use tampons and have sex yet? I've been told 2-4 weeks after miscarriage but is that from after I passed them or until after I completely stop bleeding? I'm not sure if I'm still bleeding from the miscarriage or if I started my period. I'm not cramping or anything anymore either. I'd call my doctor and ask but he's not in the office today. And I'm super horny today 😅 have been for days now and I don't want to wait anymore
