Diaper rash cream

Hi! I’m just curious what is the best diaper rash cream in everyone’s opinion? I’ve tried Vaseline and Boudreaux’s and they don’t seem to work that well. Boudreaux’s is an absolute pain to wash off the spreader. So, any opinions? Sensitive skin would be amazing!

Yellow one is amazing for treating nappy rash. They also do a white tube as a daily prevention cream.

I’ve had good luck with regular desitin for my daughter. Very minimal diaper rash, but whenever there’s some red, I put a little on and it’s usually gone in less than day or so.

We use this and you need to put a lot on, really thick. I’m sure this will work with any cream you choose to use. My mother in law said how the first half gets wiped away by the diaper and baby moving so you need to really cake it on, makes sense.My baby’s rashes have disappeared quickly once doing that!!

I know you said it's hard to get off your spreader but that's why I felt like it worked the best for my son, it actually stayed on his butt! I felt like Desitin didn't work well for us but the butt paste would make a huge difference in redness with just one application. 🤷‍♀️

Try virgin olive oil it works the best and removes rashes in only one day. 
Tip: it is preferable to be a little warm.

I highly recommend Resinol. It’s available behind the counter at the pharmacy but doesn’t require a prescription. I personally didn’t like desitin, it smelled strong to me and I didn’t think it worked well for us. But Resinol doesn’t smell strong to me and it helped my son tremendously. My husband uses it if he’s chaffed and we use it on my son if he gets chaffed, especially after a day at the beach when he sits in trunks and the sand gets all stuck. It does wonders for us.
