So Much Snot

So I’m not sure if I’m getting a cold or what but the past couple days my nose has been so full of snot. I’ve been blowing my nose lots and it still feels stuffy after blowing it. Also it feels like it wants to drip down my throat ( this is a major trigger for my nausea)

Any thing I can do to help with either the crazy amount of snot or the dripping that’s making me nauseous?
