When do you call your obgyn about late period?

When do you call your obgyn about a late period but NOT pregnant? This is my first time being late and it’s freaking me out 😂😅 I’ve been super crampy off and on like I’m going to get my period but I don’t.. I’m going on a week now that it’s late. I’ve tested pretty much everyday leading up and it’s negative. I was super stressed last week can stress really throw it off this much? 
I know I’m dramatic lol but it’s never happened.

Stress can absolutely throw ur cycle off this much, sometimes even longer. And, sometimes they can change, be early, late or skip for many other reasons, or no particular reason at all. There’s generally no need to call/see a doctor unless u have completely skipped two or more periods in a row.

Stress and definitely throw things off . I would wait 2 weeks past period due date personally before calling

When I was late and went in the doctor said 2 months. Missing one period wasn't strange but if I missed 2 then we'd test hormone levels etc...so I would just go with if you haven't had a period by the time your next one is due then you could call in.

I wanna know the same thing I’m using the  app and it’s saying I’m 3 days late I believe I’m stressing myself out it never been like this before
