Birth Control Off Time
For about 3 months, I haven’t been taking my birth control pills on time (but I have been taking them every day). It would range around 3+ hours after the time I’m supposed to take them. But recently for my new pack, I started taking them regularly at the same time. Can this cause my hormones to go crazy? Such as cramps, bloating, stress, etc.
Since it’s trying to re-regulate itself?
