Am I pregnant?

So I’ve had a lot of unprotected sex this month, and my period is supposed to start in two days. For the last few weeks my stomach has been feeling weird, and super sensitive to what I eat. Today it felt like someone was pulling on the back of my bellybutton with a string. And I’ve been feeling nauseous but haven’t actually thrown up, besides in my mouth a few times. Could this mean anything? I don’t know since this would be my first time if I am but idk. My spouse and I are actively trying to conceive so I don’t want to get my hopes up
