My little boy has explained the same bad dream a couple times now and has woken up crying at night several times … it breaks my heart and I have no idea what to do to help him besides consoling & reassuring him 💔😢

It’s about a dinosaur that apparently tries to get him. He’s at home all the time with me (I’m a SAHM) & I try to really pay attention to the videos he watches or games he plays to make sure they’re child-appropriate & not violent or anything like that … he’s not around any people who treat him badly or scare him or anything like that … he’s been SUUUPER into dinosaurs lately, so I think maybe he came across one that was just too scary? I’m not really sure … any advice?
