Could I be pregnant

I’m on birth control pills. Last week I forgot to take My pills for 2 consecutive days, when I realized I immediately took 1 pill along with that days pill and the next day I took that days pill along with the next one I had missed. I did have sex on one of the days I missed a pill and although my husband pulled out I felt some of it drip onto my private area. Also I am now on the sugar pill week and on day 2 of the sugar pills my husband and I had sex and when I went to clean myself afterwards I was bleeding I thought it was from my period coming but that bleeding only lasted that night. I am freaking out I am now on day 5 of the sugar pills and no period why would I bleed for one night/day only ?
