I lost a lot of weight in one month, I haven’t gotten my period, it is not pregnancy have tested many times, 2 weeks late. Can weight loss stop my period from coming?

It can but only if you're really restricting your calories, basically starving yourself, your body won't have the energy to produce the hormones for ovulation. If that's what you're doing please speak to your doctor
