Upper respiratory infection and scared

I’m 30 weeks and have had a bad cold/cough for the past 6 days. Negative for Covid, flu or strep thank God. But they put me on 20mg of prednisone (steroids) for 5 days to help with the cough. Both the urgent care doc and my high risk obgyn say it’s safe and won’t harm baby. But ugh I’m scared of preterm labor. My first son was born emergency C-section at 31 weeks and I’m trying my best to avoid that this time around. Please send encouraging words. 🥹🙏🏼
