Severe back pain
Help! I’ve had severe back pain for a few days now but I feel like it’s too high up to be early signs? I’m 38 and 4 and the pain is mid back. I just don’t know what to do with myself. It hurts when I sit and lay down but then hurts if I stand too long long or walk too much. I feel like screaming! ☹️
