Need for a baby girl

I am currently pregnant and I will be 35 weeks pregnant tomorrow. I am struggling to get everything because yesterday my truck broke to the point where I lost all the studs and lug nuts from the driver side of the truck. My son and I are okay but all my money has been put to getting my truck towed home and I am trying to fix my truck before she comes so that I have a way to bring my baby home after I have her. I thank anyone in advance for who helps me get things for my baby girl before she arrives in this world.
