We live in south Alabama. Humidity is always at least 85% 12 months a year. I’s extremely hot and miserable right now. I’ve usually been pretty good with the heat, summer is my favorite season. I have no issue staying hydrated, even now at almost 17 weeks pregnant. Today however, I had two separate instances where I scared the hell out of my husband. My head got cold and my face turned white because all of the blood rushed somewhere else. My vision went blurry, my legs got weak, and I felt nauseous and out of breath. I wasn’t hot. I wasn’t even sweating. The first time it happened was at the end of my shower. I haven’t been taking hot showers though because it’s hot enough as it is. The water was warm, but not steamy at all. The second time we were outside but we were sitting in the shade talking. We were never in direct sunlight. Has anyone had this happen to them?
