Help I’m new
Hey so I use Premom to track. This is my first cycle doing bbt and opk, that being said I’m not completely new at all of this.
Anyway, I notice my bbt the past couple days has shot up and stayed there, have I already ovulated? No symptoms of ovulating, then again the past 9 months have been so irregular i don’t even know what my normal is anymore
