That early an abdominal ultrasound isn't going to be any good. Your doctor should know to preform a transvaginal this early.

Not much. You’ll see the sac and maaaaaybe the fetal pole. But it’s not guaranteed. Honestly abdominal ultrasounds that early are pretty much useless.
