There’s a tiny bit more color in person but just looks weird

Test is very dry and started to yellow so anything you are seeing (I don't see anything) could be an evap.
Retest on a couple of days if your period hasn't arrived and only read the results within the timeframe.
The plan b can mess with your cycle as well though, so your period is possibly late due to that.

Also three days late but took plan b earlier in the month and know that can be a side effect.
